Before building a house, there are many tasks that need to be carefully prepared to ensure a smooth construction process, cost efficiency, and the desired quality. Below are the things you should prepare before starting your house construction:

– Is the house for living, renting, vacation, or combined with business purposes?

– Consider the number of family members and living needs to determine the number of rooms, functions, and area…

– Calculate basic construction costs and additional expenses (permits, furniture, construction contingencies…).
